Internships Inc.
Terms of Service
Last Updated: September 3, 2026
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Internships Inc., a Texas corporation ("Internships Inc.," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of Interns360.com and any related websites, mobile applications, and related services that connect students ("Students") affiliated with educational institutions ("Educational Institutions") with employers offering internships, apprenticeships and other early career opportunities ("Employers") (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms; provided, however, that if your organization has a written agreement with us, then to the extent there is any conflict between these Terms and such written agreement, the provisions in your separate written agreement apply.
2. Description of the Platform
Internships Inc. provides an online marketplace that allows Students to search for and apply to internships, apprenticeships and other early career opportunities (collectively "ECOs"), allows Employers to post ECOs and review applicants, allows Educational Institutions to measure the impact on its Students. Internships Inc. is not a party to, and assumes no responsibility for, any ECO, offer, engagement, or employment relationship formed between a Student and an Employer. We do not guarantee that any Student will secure an ECO or that any Employer will find a suitable candidate.
The Platform uses artificial intelligence, machine learning, and other automated or algorithmic tools ("AI Tools") to power certain features, including matching Students with ECOs, generating match explanations, assisting with interview preparation, and generating profile or resume embeddings used for search and ranking. To provide these features, we share Student resume text and profile data with third-party AI providers for resume parsing, match explanations, and interview-preparation content, as well as for generating embeddings used in ECO matching. These third-party AI providers process Student data as our service providers under contractual terms consistent with applicable data-protection law and our Privacy Policy and are not permitted to use Student data to train their own general-purpose models except as disclosed in our Privacy Policy.
AI-generated match scores, rankings, match explanations, and interview-preparation content are decision-support tools only. They may be inaccurate or incomplete, and they can affect whether a Student is shortlisted for an ECO, or an Employer is shown an ECO candidate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fairness of any AI-generated output, and no such output constitutes a hiring decision, an offer, or a guarantee of any outcome. Employers remain solely responsible for their own hiring and screening decisions, including compliance with applicable anti-discrimination and automated-employment-decision laws.
Where required by applicable law, Students may request information about the categories of automated processing used to generate their match results and may request human review of an automated decision that materially affects them, by contacting us using the details in Section 21. We may update the list of AI Tools and third-party AI providers we use from time to time by updating our Privacy Policy.

Interview Policies
Interview No-Show Policy
By signing up for an interview, you are identifying your interest in the Employer and its ECO. If you are a no-show for your interview, this negatively impacts the Employer, the Platform and the our relationship with the Employer. No-showing also takes away the chance for another student to interview.

We request that you cancel an interview online as soon as possible.
Interview No-Show Policy
In the event you fail to attend a scheduled interview (a "no-show"), your Platform account may be suspended at our sole discretion. In addition, you may not be able to register for any future events, interviews or advising appointments.
6. Employer Users
As an Employer, you agree that you will:
- Post only accurate, current, and lawful ECOs that comply with applicable federal, state, and local labor and employment law, including minimum-wage and unpaid-ECO criteria (such as the U.S. Department of Labor's primary-beneficiary test, where applicable) and equivalent EU/member-state requirements;
- Not discriminate against applicants on any basis prohibited by applicable law;
- Use Student information obtained through the Platform solely for legitimate recruiting purposes and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law;
- Respond to applicants in a timely and professional manner; and
- Maintain any licenses, work-authorization sponsorships, or insurance required to lawfully host an intern.
- Not initiate an audio or video recording of any Student in violation of the law.
- Not permit any individual to bulk collect student data or other marketplace information through the use of scraping, or similar or other technologies or methodologies.
- Use AI-generated match scores, rankings, and explanations as one input among others in your hiring process, and not as the sole basis for any hiring decision, consistent with applicable anti-discrimination and automated-employment-decision law.
